What you actually own

An Ondo token (Ondo Global Markets, now “Ondo Stocks”) is a Swiss-law debt security issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited, a British Virgin Islands company. Its value tracks the share including dividends, and it is backed 1:1 (plus a buffer) by shares held through a licensed broker-dealer.

• You do not own the share and have no voting rights.
• Dividends are reinvested via a multiplier: one token can be worth slightly more than one share. The gap shown accounts for it.
• Prohibited for US persons. In the EEA some tokens are open to retail investors under a Liechtenstein-approved prospectus, others only to professional investors.
