What you actually own

An xStock is a tracker certificate (bearer debt instrument) issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited, a Jersey company. It tracks the share price and is backed 1:1 by shares held with regulated custodians in segregated accounts.

• No voting rights, no information rights towards the company.
• Dividends and stock splits are reflected by automatically adjusting token balances (rebasing).
• Issuer and platform risk on top of the stock's own risk.
