An Ondo token (Ondo Global Markets, now “Ondo Stocks”) is a Swiss-law debt security issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited, a British Virgin Islands company. Its value tracks the share including dividends, and it is backed 1:1 (plus a buffer) by shares held through a licensed broker-dealer.

You do not own the share and have no voting rights.
Dividends are reinvested via a multiplier: one token can be worth slightly more than one share. The gap shown accounts for it.
Prohibited for US persons. In the EEA some tokens are open to retail investors under a Liechtenstein-approved prospectus, others only to professional investors.
